Remembering Black Flight Glynn Lunney on his birthday - #OTD in 1936. One of the sharpest Flight Directors NASA ever had, and a very nice and humble person at the same time. His shift on Apollo 13 just after the accident is still seen by many as the best ever in Mission Control.

A very Happy 90th Birthday to Gerry Griffin, "Gold Flight" of the Apollo era, lead Flight Director during Apollo 12, 15 and 17, who did the landings on 14, 16 and 17, was part of the team that saved Apollo 13, later JSC Center Director - and just a great guy!

Agency-wide email that had just gone out. I’m not often one to advocate for open non-compliance of NASA policies. But to all my NASA friends—if you saw something, you saw nothing.
