Yesterday was a lesson in not to push yourself only after 2 and half weeks of having covid. I’ve pulled a ligament in my knee. Really gutted. But hoping once its healed I can get back to ticking off the last 30 at a steady pace! 🤟🏻 #notcoviddefeated

Anyone else had issues with muscle fatigue etc post covid. My knees are particularly affected! Its like my ligaments have just decided to stage a sit in protest 😅
