Poilievre is so, SO dishonest. He keeps calling for a “carbon tax election” but the fact is, we’ve had 3 carbon tax elections. Carbon pricing was part of party platforms in 2015, 2019 & 2021. Also note that in French, he blames the Bloc but in English he blames the NDP. #cdnpoli

one of the things that today's CPC does that disgusts me is its willingness to tear down good and honorable people and orgs to score political points. even if they have to make sh!t up to wit... - WE Charity - Paul Rouleau - David Johnston - and now Mark Carney

a reservoir only helps if there's enough water to fill and sustain it. there are drought conditions across much of AB and many current reservoir levels are down alberta.ca/lookup/alberta… cbc.ca/news/canada/ed…

possible unpopular opinion: overcrowded schools can only be addressed by building new schools, so Premier Smith's announcement has merit yes, that takes years and we also need to hire staff. and we should be concerned about public funding going to build charter schools

Not sure why, doesn't matter now but registered for the Minister and Premier's townhall with teachers regarding the funding but never got the call. Luckily, I listened in on a staff member's phone. Heard a lot things on the call and I definitely have some thoughts about it. /1

Federal Court finds that Rebel Media is not a "qualified Canadian journalism organization” - it doesn't produce original content & plays "activist" role raising money for their legal fund. As someone repeatedly targeted by Rebel Media, this is 💯 true. decisions.fct-cf.gc.ca/fc-cf/decision…

Timothy Huyer (@tim4hire) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Rebel Media sought to be eligible for the Qualified Canadian Journalism Organization designation under the Income Tax Act, which would have entitled it to certain tax benefits. However, CRA determined that about 2% of its content was original, and it thus did not qualify.

when it comes to Pierre, there's much less than meets the eye i wonder if Canadians will tire of his content-free schtick. we're not as gullible as Americans are... are we?

Michael Oshry spent $223K on his mayoral bid (the limit is $10K), and was fined a whopping $1,500. this is a joke, and no deterrent cbc.ca/news/canada/ed…
