Hail at early tassel reduced pollination in this field. The yield estimate from GrainYLD is 141 bu/acre. Other fields in the Ailsa Craig area estimated at 165 - 200 bu/acre therefore hail caused at least 25 bu/acre yield loss. #onyield18 ⁦Hensall Co-op Agronomy⁩

Another disappointing yield estimate from North Middlesex were dry weather was received at pollination. Field has looked good since emergence but what should be 225+ bu/ac has a yield estimate from GrainYLD of 162.71 bu/acre. #onyield18

Here is the issue with some corn fields planted early. Kernel rows are 16, 18, 16, 16, 20, 16 but row length has counts as low as 24, 27, 28 from missing kernels at both ends of various cobs. Result is an estimate of 162.71 bu/acre. #onyield18 ⁦Hensall Co-op Agronomy⁩
