I hardly ever sleep. One would think I’d get a lot accomplished, but no. So to help me sleep I use silicone ear plugs, which are almost like gum. One fell out last night and got in my hair. Bring on the peanut butter (a mom trick for gum extraction)

I laugh a lot. Sometimes I’ll laugh till my face hurts. Over the years its made me get laugh lines (just call them wrinkles) So it make me look older on the outside, but it keeps my inside young, young, young!
