Anyone else having intermittent and annoying issues with Cloudflare ?

End of Year 12 with our 2kWh solar PV installation. 1724.8 kWh produced this year. 20343.3 kWh overall. We will receive FiT generation payments for another 13 years. The system is to date in profit by £3,778.20. This year we added a further 4.3kWh capacity & 12kWh home batteries.

I'm this close to removing our sites and paid account from Cloudflare because it takes them 8 days to acknowledge a ticket and a further 7 days and counting to actually provide any support. I rated them very highly until this incident. Cloudflare Help

We've got Cloudflare issues again. Requests stall or time out when proxying is enabled, including requests to /cdn-cgi/trace Same problem is reoccurring every 3 months or so, their support don't appear interested in getting to the bottom of it.

Update on @cloudflare issues. Only able to reproduce the problem when the ISP is BT. Cloudflare support have heard about this issue multiple times from multiple customers - no resolution to date. Could Cloudflare be incompatible with the UK's largest ISP? Matthew Prince 🌥
