✈️ 𝐊𝐈𝐆𝐀𝐋𝐈 After a nearly 24 hours worth of travel, the VOLeaders Academy have arrived safely in Rwanda! Over the next 11 days, this group will immerse itself into the culture of the central African nation, utilizing sport to impact the local community. #VOLeaders365 🍊🇷🇼

Day 1️⃣-1st stop Bridge2Rwanda -an organization that prepares high school grads for university level education abroad in hopes that one day they will return home to Rwanda to make a difference. Of course we had to teach them our favorite game “Where is my Chicken?” #VOLeaders365

Umaganda is a day of service at the end of each month in #Rwanda. Communities all across the county come together to serve alongside one another. It was wonderful to be able to participate today. And with great coincidence it is also #VolunteeringWithTheVols back home! 🍊❤️🇷🇼
