Nettie Honeyball - an iconic pioneer of women's football, founder and captain of British Ladies FC in 1895. Long thought to be a pseudonym, newly found evidence in The British Newspaper Archive shows that it really was her name. Find out more: scottishsporthistory.com/sports-history…
