Why does Target just throw shit in a box when ordering online. Doesn't matter what it is, just throw it in a box with zero padding. If it gets destroyed to bad (3rd package in a month with stuff broken or leaking all over the whole order), it is ridiculous!

Tried ordering a Napoleon grill 3 times, each time the product was damaged in the box (box was in perfect shape though, so poor quality review). Just received a Monument Grills and it was perfect first try!

I find it is interesting that U.S. Postal Service removed the ability, in Informed Delivery, to mark letters as not received & now we have seen a significant increase in items not received and no mail carrier going by on some days (we are a walking route, so camera sees if they walk by or not)
