An amazing first day at EAA #AirVenture #OSH25! Very honoured to have met Colonel Joe Peterburs, the USAAC veteran who shot down a Messerschmitt Me 262 in his P-51 Mustang. Also great to see a replica Me 262 chased by two Mustangs! ✈️

Dr Victoria Taylor 💛💙✈ EAA It's one of 5 Me 262 replicas completed by Legend Flyers in Seattle. They're based on an original example that's in the Navy museum at Pensacola. Engines are CJ610's from Learjets.
