For today's chef special we have roasted mushroom & shallots with blue cheese, broccoli & potatoes. Mushrooms are a rich, low calorie source of fibre, protein & antioxidants. They may also mitigate the risk of developing serious health conditions,such as diabetes & heart disease

Another great start to the week with our kitchen team preparing 6 delicious and nutritious dishes for the community to eat - including Haggis, Neeps and Tatties, Mojo Mushrooms with Spicy Bean Salad along with Tuna, Courgette and Tomato Pesto Pasta! 🤤 Yum!
