In case you were wondering…yes I did walk face first into automatic glass sliding doors this morning. This is who I am as a person 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I know there are a million warnings not to use Booking.com but of course I just had to learn the lesson for myself. 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️. Note to self NEVER AGAIN!

I think about them everyday…but on the eve of a new school year… I think about them just a little extra. Here’s to remembering to “choose your attitude, play, make their day, be there” and #spreadjoy along the way…and carrying them into the classroom with me ❤️❤️❤️

My morning meeting question of the day was “what do you want to be when you grow up?” My student thinks, and in all his sweet innocence, and complete sincerity looks at me and says “a dog!” Me too, kid. Me too. 🤣🤣

Today marks 2 months of sweet Atlas and 6 years without my dad. Still learning everyday to have joy and heartbreak coexist

Brushing my teeth this morning and holding Atlas. I noticed he looked SO much like my dad today so I said to him in a cheery voice “oh my you look like grandpa Steve today!”all of a sudden his eyes got red a single silent tear fell from each eye. If that’s not a sign 😭😍
