I just watched “A House of Dynamite”, a film about a nuclear strike on the US. It’s “holy FUCK” terrifying, especially for those of us who have military or federal service. It’s a modern-day Fail Safe (a 1964 movie about an accidental nuclear war). On Netflix. Watch it.

16 years ago today, President Obama quietly made history. In the middle of the night, he became the first President to witness the return of fallen soldiers. He later spent 6 hours with the grieving families. A powerful reminder of what a real Commander-in-Chief looks like.
