Excited to share our work on genome editing for SMA in Science Magazine! We evaluated dozens of strategies targeting SMN2 regulatory sequences to rescue SMN levels, and show that one-time in vivo co-administration of our top strategy with nusinersen extends lifespan of SMA mice.
