BBR Female Gold Hayley Absolutely delighted to have won HC Trophy back. Shame Becky Griffiths wasn’t about but great to fly female flag along with Claire! Plan to PB on every course: success apart from Ludlow. Definitely love/hate but great test of VO2 & fun way to end season.

BBR R8 winner Paul Bailey I enjoyed the hill climb as it’s local to me and I ride it a lot. It undulates quite a lot, so I just ground the big ring round on the steeper sections and rolled it on the flatter parts.

BBR R8 3rd Robert McGregor I like the Swaney Cliff climb, and Propel Cycling Club always host a great event with lots of volunteers despite the rain. Really happy with my ride after doing the 25 in the morning.

BBR R8 Runner-up & Junior winner Ben Southgate  I raced well considering the weather. I was disappointed with the turnout, but still happy to take the Junior win.

BBR R7 3rd Rob Kerr Last minute decision to do event, already done parkrun that morning which I regretted once climb started as my legs weren't completely fresh. It was 1st time done in 3 years, but nice to be back doing it again as it's one of North Shropshire's classic climbs.
