lock tf in. get your ass in mutual aid groups. lend your time to meal services. care for people in the way a vote simply never could. advocate for community gardens and libraries. stop betraying community. you don’t get a sticker or gold star. lock in.

Anti-Blackness won. It’s so strong that it couldn’t drive out white supremacy. I hate to admit, but I didn’t have huge hopes for our nation to elect a Black woman.

I was scheduled to train 20 faculty on being an “ally” to the Black community at their college, I canceled. No way in hell do I have the capacity, will power OR restraint that that kind of work takes. Its to the benefit of all that we revisit that at a later date 😅

Any organization tips for field notes? I’m going to transcribe my written notes and I’m thinking of ways to organize my data, but I’m not really sure where it’s all leading yet. Looking for some tips!
