Should be mandatory listening for oncologist treating adult cancer patients . Cancer population is ageing. We need to upskill to perform GeriOnc screening, refer to allied health/ geriatrician to optimise pt before Rx. Consider modifying Rx if frail. Always ask pt their goals.
