.Amazon India is not helpful at all. They said they have initiated refund and it has not reached my account. They are putting the onus on customer to resolve. Very unhelpful. Customer agent Neelu was not helpful. This is not just pure customer service but stealing!! #fail

.ZebPay is weird. They have been deducting fees even though I never completed kyc registration. They say that I did txn before kyc rejected but not sharing any details I requested. Indian crypto exchanges need to go a long way to get customer comfort.
