Someone just left me a voicemail, I replied in an email, and they replied back in a Teams message. I'll roll with it....(looking for a carrier pigeon at the moment....) :)

Sigh....I just wrote a decently lengthy email reply only to realize immediately as I sent it that I had replied to a "no-reply" address. Can't believe I did that.... :)

I desperately need to vacuum my house, but the cats are being so cute.....sigh.... :)

It's the summer session. I've got three meetings all overlapping at 9:30 am. Something has gone horribly wrong.... :D

In my group chat I remarked, "Sure is dark today." I then had to follow that up moments later clarifying that I was talking about the weather and not making a metaphor for the current state of information security.

Thankfully I had CPEs....I'm not sure I could handle taking the GIAC Certifications GREM a second time. That is a hard exam, especially as I do not have a CS background. But, it is also my most meaningful cert due to that. :) (And I use it nearly every day.)

Weird sometimes to see analysts at other organizations freaking out when they detect a cryptominer on their network. That's just a day in the life for us in higher education. :D (In fact, if we don't detect one, something is wrong with the network sensors.)
