Twitch's recent change to storage limits for Highlights is affecting me as well - I'll be spending the next 2 months-ish exporting around 1000 hours worth of streams to a new YouTube channel. Honestly, Twitch's video/highlighting features are a buggy mess anyway. Happy to move.
