Was a privilege as ever to represent Scottish Curling at World Curling Congress this last week. Lots to discuss for the future of course and back to the Coaches Conference at Dewars next weekend.

While disappointed that an ice rink won’t be part of the new Perth leisure centre, we remain confident in the future of curling in the city. As long as the council stands by their commitment to support the sport, we believe Perth will continue to be a hub for Scottish curling.

"To have no ice in the natural home of curling would be a huge disappointment." Scottish Curling have raised concerns over Perth & Kinross Council's decision to not include an ice rink at their new Thimblerow leisure centre.

On Friday we attended Scottish Curling's ASN workshop to kickstart Curling 360° projects at Bertha Park High School, Inch View Primary & Nursery School and The Community School of Auchterarder. Looking forward to some friendly competition with our PKC colleagues involved TullochPrimarySchool, Viewlands Primary, and Oakbank Primary 🥌
