I think the concept of humans being more important than animals is paradoxical because if we were as important as we perceive ourselves to be then we would treat each other that way rather than some demographics (i.e., Black and brown people) being treated as less than animals.

This is incorrect and honestly these kind of statements are tiresome. The reality is all humans are emotional as the development of empathy was advantageous for our survival as a social species. Emotions are powerful and incredible traits that allow us to communicate effectively.

Humans are visual creatures in general along with many other animals. What makes us different is men benefit from a hierarchy in society that allows them to inform and construct the standards of beauty that women then think they have to conform to. It’s called subjugation smh…

The sad part about this is this could easily be remedied if our government invested in more local transportation as an alternative to driving cars independently. No one wants to see their loved ones get hurt from something so easily avoidable. We have to do better.
