Something that we value at SAVE is preparing our students for their futures. Every year, we have students create a sample schedule of what their life might look like in college, allowing students to fully envision their futures! ✨

Meet two of the people behind the scenes at SAVE, Diran and Kevin. Diran focuses on all things that involve our students being successful in high school and beyond, and Kevin started SAVE and acts as Executive Director, leading the way for staff to uplift our students. 💯

A major focus of our programming is collaboration & giving back. During this session, students worked with Upward Bound high schoolers and college mentors to create blankets for the Siena Francis House, learning lessons about community, service, and working together. 🌟

Meet Zaki, a SAVE staff member and definite student favorite! On any average week, Mr. Zaki works with roughly 200 elementary, middle, and high school SAVE students. Zaki works to inspire and uplift each student to reach their potential. 👏

One of our favorite parts of our elementary program is our graduation ceremony at the end of the year! Students receive certificates from their SAVE teachers, recap their year, and get to celebrate their investments in their futures! ⭐️

At each session, students have the chance to meet and work with faculty and students from local colleges and universities, allowing them to have a deeper understanding of college and all of the possibilities available to them as they get older. ⭐️

Do you know SAVE stands for Students, Activities, Values, Education? We have grown a lot since the creation of SAVE, but our mission has remained the same: to connect underserved youth with opportunities and resources to be successful students and active individuals! ⭐️
