This is pretty spot on for those with serious metabolic dysfunction. Skipping legumes or rice may not be necessary for some (and indeed, they both offer benefits if they're organic and wild) but for many with dysbiosis or inflammation, opting for a fully bean/grain-free diet

If that was is cryptic, I apologize. Many of the signals that trigger alertness and focus in your brain are conveyed by recent body movement patterns. This may explain most of the effect of exercise on cognitive improvement.
