Boaty McBoatface was voted by the public the name for a boat - the 'will of the people' if you like. It was then decided by people with more sense that this was a silly idea and they did something else...... I wonder what other scenarios this could possibly be applied to?

Here it is - the ultimate #ThankYouBakedPotato, featuring the casts & musicians of London's West End! Thank you to everyone who took part, and to Alfonso Casado and Katy Bryant for making it happen. You'll have to watch it at least fifty times to spot everyone. Enjoy xxx

Picture from one of my last gigs pre lockdown Royal Albert Hall I was also working on a huge west end tour at the time. There is currently £0 in UK government funding to keep a multi-billion a year arts industry afloat. The arts will not survive. Rishi Sunak #LetTheMusicPlay

I wonder if, when theatres reopen properly (without the need for social distancing), whether Rishi Sunak will do a “Watch Theatre, to Help Out” and subsidise tickets by 50% in Mondays-Wednesdays. A scheme like that could geniuniely bring new audiences in.

Just got off the phone to a company who wouldn’t believe I was on the #electoralregister or that I’d lived in the UK all my life because of my surname. I’ve always thought of myself as British and a Londoner, apparently others struggle to see me as a third gerneration migrant.

You have left us to rot for 11 months Rishi Sunak, the least you can do is meet with #ExcludedUK and explain your rationale as to why we are classed as a “trade off”. Retweet if you believe he should meet with us....

- #Amsterdam has been given a pretty rough ride from a lot of people so it is very refreshing to see it being considered for what it is - a very unique piece of cinema that doesn't neatly fit in any one box.. Thank you The New Yorker for making it one of the Top 10 films of 2022...
