It doesn’t matter in the least. Even if the thought never entered her head until he suggested it (which is highly unlikely), she was the adult entrusted with his care. The fact that he believes he was the responsible one shows how deeply she betrayed that trust.

I have yet to find a mainstream Bible translation that I straight up don’t like, but I appreciate all the suggestions. I’ll keep looking. I’m sure at least one of these sincere attempts by God’s people to maximize the accessibility of His Word will fill me with rage.

Today I learned that Google removed the long-standing directive, "Don't be evil," from their official code of conduct seven years ago. I'm sure it's fine.

It's like those white strips on a razor that fall off when it's time for a new razor. When the towel rips here, it's time for a new towel.

Could someone please write a doctoral thesis on the influence of Homestar Runner on the comedy style of modern television?

Personally, I think it’s good that there are people brave enough to go out, responsibly armed for their protection, into potentially dangerous situations in order to defend American communities.
