This morning’s session at ObesityWeek® Sleep is an important intervention for weight management ‼️‼️ Sleep restriction ⬆️ hunger (⬆️ ghrelin), ⬆️ hedonic eating and ⬇️ insulin sensitivity. Sleep extension of ⬆️ 1 hour/night associated with ⬇️ energy intake of ~270kcals/day
