Talked to some other trim Carpenters over the last few weeks…6 out of 7 crews I know have been sitting at home with no work. We cut our crew down from 7 guys to 3. Houses aren’t selling, main builder has sold 1 out of 7 we’ve worked on in last 6 months. Cracks are forming.

The greatest part of not drinking alcohol, is that I woke up feeling great this morning 😂 However my two daughters are having a much different experience so far today. Happy New Year everyone! I hope everyone does great things this year!
