Syracuse dropped from 63° at the top of the hour to 48° at 4:30, a 15 degree drop in a half hour!

Some other nuggets about our warmest winter in Syracuse: Most December-February days without falling below freezing: 39 days February was warmest February, December was 2nd warmest December. We likely won't go below zero for the first time since the winter of 2001-02
