V poor customer service from OtterBox . Ordered two USB-C cables on 25 Jul. Arrived 5 August, but only one in damaged package. Immediately reported it but, here we are 14 Sep, and cannot get response from Customer service. No way to speak to them directly, as won't respond.

Please sort out customer service, OtterBox. Incident: 24971295 still unresolved five weeks later, and no response to e-mails sent to [email protected]. Why is there no phone number to allow direct calls to sort out problems?

Cannot remember the last time I had such poor service from an online store OtterBox. We are only talking about £30 purchase but hiding behind online forms and an un-serviced e- mail address is very poor.

The OtterBox shambles continues. I received an e-mail response to my complaint asking me (based in the UK) to call a US phone number. I call them, wait for 15 minutes and am told that I need to contact the EMEA customer services team.

No wonder Amazon is ruling the world. The only time I ever had a problem with an order with amazon: instant refund. OtterBox 's response would be laughable if they hadn't diddled me out of £30!
