I have asked Team Knowhow repeatedly: how can I return an unwanted item. One month later, zero reply
Day 37 and still no response from Currys on how to return an unwanted item, despite multiple e-mails, tweets and DMs. Surely in breach of basic consumer rights? Team Knowhow
So Team Knowhow is this an official company policy - to deliberately not respond to after-sales customer enquiries? I am genuinely amazed at your not giving a damn.
