I had a wee trip to Westminster to talk pish. Was delighted to hear about this project at #TeamUHL - offering decaf tea on wards as standard (patients can get caffeinated if they want it) and the falls in wards reduced by 2/3! 1:4 falls on wards are linked to toilets. Fab work
