Answer: this was the sound of the aircraft’s yoke movements as the pilots are directing their maneuvers. These sounds are trickiest to achieve because they are fighting for room against loud #sfx, dialog and music, but add a layer of realism that’s hard to get otherwise.

2+ hours delayed in the terminal, 6 hours on the tarmac in Newark on UA1209 with little water, a cookie, and ZERO information. My kids are tired, hungry, and scared. And yet your website says we are landing in a couple hours. United Airlines ?!?!

7 hours on the tarmac, no information given. Other flights canceled and rebooked United Airlines says “oh we’re so sorry… but you can go home in 2 days” Fun fact: Their employees kicked my sleeping kids and I out of their wheelchair access area at 2am when no one needed access to it.
