Lho Garuda Indonesia, karena error system Online Booking Garuda saya diissue dua tiket buat pesawat yang sama. Yang satu saya pakai, yang satu lagi saya mau re booking. Malah saya yang kena rebooking fee. Bagaimana? Sistem Garuda yang salah, customer yang kena.

Hey Garuda Indonesia SkyTeam if ur online booking system messes up n issues 2 tickets for the same flight, why don’t u do the customer the courtesy of not charging them a penalty for re-booking. I know u will say it’s ur regulation. Well it needs changing to prioritise customers
