At a Ministerial conference, we underscored affordable housing as #Malta's priority. By signing the #Liege Declaration, we commit to policies reflecting #community needs, enhancing social #housing, and promoting stability and social mobility.

We named a new social housing project in Kirkop after Charles Miceli, a pioneer who devoted himself to aiding the vulnerable and afflicted. This is part of a host of projects to be inaugurated this year, providing families with the opportunity have a future under a decent roof.

In a landmark year for social housing in #Malta, we're not just building homes but sustainable communities. With a €22M deal between the European Investment Bank & Malita Investments, we're prioritising 267 social & affordable units in Ħal Farruġ, making significant construction progress.
