We do not “throw from the ear.” The throwing arm elbow is between 60 & 90 degrees (hand inside elbow) w/ the hand behind the head. This is just one of the many throwing mechanics concepts we discuss & work on at all of my events. Still have spots at Rocker B Ranch sleepover camp!
