I couldn’t make it to #EdFringe this year *but* I am having a lovely time watching the live streams on ⁦NextUp - Live Comedy⁩. Some planes just buzzed ⁦Mark Watson, still here but very much also Bluesky⁩’s set, so it’s all go tonight

I love coming into these live-streamed #EdFringe shows on NextUp - Live Comedy knowing nothing about them, then shouting “yes!!!” out loud at the end. That was very much the case with Tom Crosbie tonight. Roll on the rest of the week…

No, the sound of the aircon didn’t come through (unlike the planes for Mark Watson on Saturday), but TBH, it just made the whole moment funnier. Not that Ian Smith’s ferocious Crushing on NextUp - Live Comedy needs the help. #EdFringe

Tonight’s NextUp - Live Comedy stream of @lulu_popplewell’s show is going to live in my brain for quite a while. If there’s a catch-up week later on I’d really like to watch it again. One of the most ‘live’ shows I’ve ever seen. #EdFringe

I think I'm still reeling from avital ash's show on NextUp - Live Comedy last night. The title, Avital Ash Workshops Her Suicide Note, should be taken quite literally. In fact I'm definitely still reeling because I got her name totally wrong the first time I typed that. Wowser #EdFringe

God I wish Monkey Barrel Comedy’s Big Show was on NextUp - Live Comedy all year round. Such a funny way to spend the evening. (Please someone now tell me that somehow it is?!? Even if it’s a lie.) #EdFringe

Went to a screening for #BabyReindeer earlier in the week, one of those shows you just sit in silence after watching for a bit. In a good way. And it’s funny, too, don’t get me wrong. But, yes, blimey, it’s a lot! A good, whole lot. I’ll stop now. (Out 11 April on Netflix.)
