Amid the efforts by the Trump admin to illegally abolish independent agencies, incl the Federal Reserve, I'm glad the court has recognized that he is not above the law. I’m eager to get back first thing tomorrow to the work I was entrusted to do on behalf of the American people.

ICYMI: late Friday, the FTC dropped the news that it is abandoning its defense of the critically important noncompete rule. This is a massive betrayal of working people who deserve the freedom to get a job that pays them what they are worth. My dissent: ftc.gov/system/files/f…
