Excited to be heading into the office this am! Top of the to-do list: calling a vote on restoring the Click to Cancel Rule. It’s time the FTC gets back to protecting consumers from real abuses like subscription traps that cost Americans countless hours and millions of dollars.

Amid the efforts by the Trump admin to illegally abolish independent agencies, incl the Federal Reserve, I'm glad the court has recognized that he is not above the law. I’m eager to get back first thing tomorrow to the work I was entrusted to do on behalf of the American people.

Back at my desk, back online, and have already moved to reinstitute the Click to Cancel Rule. Hope a majority of the Commission will join me - all Americans deserve to be protected from abusive subscription traps.
