UPGRADES to 1. Enhanced risk for the Cheyenne to Denver gorilla hail/isolated tornado target and 2. Moderate risk for the central Illinois major wind bag. Storm season 2023 just continues to roll. Live storm chase this afternoon once again

The WPC is highlighting the potential for training storms across parts of central and western Kentucky through the evening. Flash flooding issues are a good bet. Would be a swell time for a Flood Watch. But, there is a Heat Advisory where temps are currently around 70. #kywx

A tornado watch has been issued for parts of Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming until 9 PM MDT
