For 13.2 I'll be implementing some Annie Improvements. Overall looking to give her buffs in ways that mitigate pain points around spending mana to generate passive, Tibbers lifetime, and E usability. This should be reflected on PBE in the next few days.

Nobody prepares you for the mental resiliency that is necessary to work in video games. Things completely out of your control can weigh extremely heavy on you and make you feel like shit. Not to mention the ability to unplug compared to regular jobs is nearly impossible 🙃

Doing a second pass on the Annie list for 13.2. Removing the W mana cost list in favor of a lighter buff to mana regen and improvements to E and Tibbers movement speed. Lemme know what you think, especially after testing. Should be on PBE tomorrow!

Bugfix pass for Annie, as well as clearing up some edge cases to make room for potential future buffs. Lastly, significantly updated tooltip for Tibbers.

About Jax: The update shipped missing some VFX,SFX, and anim details. This was partially due to some bugs that slipped in, but also because we straight up missed a few things. Sorry about that. We've been reading feedback posts and are working to get things fixed for next patch.

In some small but mighty news: We will be enabling ARAM players to earn mastery level 6/7 tokens starting in patch 13.5

Hey all, here's the list for the Arena micropatch I mentioned yesterday! This isn't live quite yet but we are hoping to get it out soon. The goal here is to take a big swing at the top of the meta, primarily by nerfing the top Marksman and Moonstone + Redemption.

It is really disappointing to read a prominent figure not only imply that balancing is pointless (it's one of the key pillars of RIOT's games) but also claim that my coworkers, some of the best in the industry, aren't doing any work and don't deserve their jobs.
