There's a chance to find some sort of cultural artifact here... but there's also lots of entry points so it's difficult to defend. I did do a quick search of each room but couldn't even find any basic loot before the swarm arrives so in the end I left with nothing.

Broke into this house to find food.. didn't manage to get much before zombos chased me out =( then I was running low on bullets to I raided the police station. By the time I broke into the secure room, the swarm was on me and I had to shoot my way out so. Nearly outta ammo now!
