American Home Shield customer service is trashed! I’ve Been on the phone all day because of one of your reps lying to me on Saturday and double charging me after I specifically asked him would there be any extra charges and was told no! I need management at this point

American Home Shield I can't begin to describe how horrible this company is. I have had an open ticket to replace my Dishwasher and here it is November and it's still not fixed, or replaced. Customer service is a joke. I get hung up on and don't get a call back. Drop this fast.
