In 1972, the large gender gap in college outcomes spurred Congress to pass Title IX, which banned sex-based discrimination in higher ed. Then, men held a 14% advantage in college enrollment. Today, women hold an 18% advantage. This gap also demands attention. via Richard V. Reeves
