have anyone used an actually valuable AI agent for GTM, specifically focusing on coordination/project management?

I keep thinking about how we don't actually have a knowledge problem in GTM: we already know what we should do, but we have a "doing the thing we already know we should do" problem, and I'm not sure anyone's building for that gap.

GTM rarely stalls from something dramatic, it just often gets directed into an "operational fog," where everyone's moving but there's no shared memory that knows what's actually stuck versus what's just waiting, so everything feels equally urgent and nothing moves.
