CONGRATULATIONS to Manual Frosh/Soph 4x200M Relay on a 4th place finish in Lewiston and Fr. Brandon Maxison sprinted to a new season's best 6th place finish in the 100M.

CONGRATULATIONS to Team Captain Aydan Doss on outstanding performances this week. Aydan lowered his 400M times twice this week and has our 4x400M Relay clicking at rates we haven't seen in 3 years. The whole 400M crew is excited, ready to train and return to Manual greatness!

Had a good meet. Aydan got a PR in his 200m and the 400M crew all PR'd and 4x100M relay took 4th and Makai Hill took 3rd in Long Jump. Kemarion Hubbard was 8th in 100m with a new, team leading PR as well. Great meet!

If you are a Peoria, IL resident and your child is between the ages of 8 to 14 (middle school) 60 hours of Summer training is FREE beginning June 2nd 2025 at 3:00PM at the famed Peoria Stadium. Registration is open to all youth ages 8 to 18 regardless of school affiliation.

Manual Rams receive a visit from the Manual Legend, Kevin Armstrong (82) 10.40 ~ 100m...Thanks for the visit Kevin. These Rams are coming along and pose a serious threat in our Big 12 Conference meet and IHSA 2A Sectional next week.

Manual Sr. Tyree Porter places 4th in HS division at Chicago Circuit

Chicago Circuit was a kind of "coming out" party for the Rams 4th Place 60m 8th place 200m 10th place Ling Jump 6 new personal bests & 3 men in mid 50's in the 400M for the first time since 2019. What a GREAT day!

CONGRATULATIONS to Manual Sr. Tyree Porter on his 4th Place 60M and 8th Place 200M finish at the Chicago Circut in the NFHS Boys Division on Saturday Feb. 21st. Tyree, a McKendree University Football Commit, managed to pull off 3 new Personal Best times in all 3 of his races.

CONGRATULATIONS to Tyree Porter in establishing himself as a top sprinter in this early 2A season posting a FIRST place PB of 7.19 in his most recent outing at the 1A/2A ONU Invite. Makai Hill would take 8th in the Long Jump while our 4x200M Relay would take 8th.
