WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER We canceled our hotel reservations due to us having to put our dog down. The Quality inn and suites in Gatlinburg refused to refund us or let us postpone our trip. Expedia tried to advocate on our behalf but the Quality inn refused. Choice Hotels
