We had to cancel our trip to HI for my husband’s 50th bday b/c our 12 yr old daughter was diagnosed with cancer. Hawaiian Airlines still hasn’t issued a refund even tho we sent the requested documentation over a month ago. Think we will fly Southwest Airlines from now on.
