my friend’s brother took the vaccine and two days later BOOM! he covered a cool VT case. #ILAM predicted VT isthmus perfectly. Gorgeous DZ signals, easy induction there w concealed entrainment and one burn term. 2.5hr case. Noninducible. Just saying, do your own research. #epeeps

High burden LV summit PVC. Successful ablation from GCV/AIV and endocardially opposite to earliest epi egm. Mapping of the CS, cusp and LV was done via HDGrid and a 2 Fr catheter. Best signal in the AIV #epeeps

Had an interesting ARVC VT case w Christopher Woods. Found large dense scar&DZ epicardially in the inferior RV TA and some patchy scar in the RVOT w/ good pacemap match. Didn’t see any scar/decel endocardially. Final epi lesion set shown over endo in green #epeeps
