Very cool work by swen and Light Protocol bringing ZK to Solana. From recent conversations, the number of teams that are using ZK on Solana is at an all time high!

Best thing about building on top of a zkVM is that it turns a cryptography problem into an engineering problem. Super excited to explore new zkWASM primitives and meet cracked people at the Succinct residency program!

Very cool work by Rahul | Aerius Labs and the Aerius Labs team on ZK proving the SVM using SP1. Adding more fuel to the fire for the Solana x ZK space. Soon every single blockchain VM is going to be ZK provable.

Very excited for the Succinct ZK residency, which starts next Monday! Going to be nonstop shipping for a month. 🚢 My favorite part is we have all types of builders coming through: solo devs hacking around & chads from Celestia shipping the future of the modular stack.

Heard about a high-quality team that deployed on an optimistic rollup, but is thinking about deploying to mainnet (even though the gas costs are >100x higher) because the 7 day finality is screwing them. Users & large funds don't want to deposit in size if they have to wait 7

i will never move my funds to a chain that i have to wait 7 days to get my money out. ever. i dont know why that was normalized or why people thought that was a good product to ship. bullish zk rollups if it means i get my stuff back in less than an hour.

Bhargav, our BEAST intern, regularly stayed at the Succinct office until 1AM (sometimes until 5AM) and shipped an insane amount of stuff: • bn254 precompiles for optimized groth16 + plonk verification in sp1 • bls12-381 precompiles for optimized kzg operations + an efficient ZK
