💥New preprint. We use in-cell crosslinking MS and cofractionation MS to discover novel interactions in Bacillus subtilis. We then model these and all other previously reported interactions with AlphaFold-multimer. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

If I don't clean them up they will instantly clog any trap we try. Using the evotips and the Evosep we only over-pressurized once. Not too bad!
