Born in the Dominican Republic, Juan Salas lived in the Bronx. He worked as a waiter at Windows on the World. On 9/11, he was at the restaurant on the 107th floor of the North Tower. Today in a white rose was placed at his name on the #911Memorial in honor of his 55th birthday.
